We offer a real pathway to employment for East Pilbara remote communities. Through the Budadee Foundation we conduct on-country training and skills development in land management, Aboriginal sites work and pastoral activities. On-country training targets culturally and ecologically significant environments and is always guided by cultural protocols and supervised by senior elders. We see this approach as a practical way to improve opportunities for meaningful employment in remote areas.
